Joe Gagan’s Easy Face hybrid Fuzz Face with input cap blend control – as requested. You should get away with almost any PNP germanium as there’s 2N3096 driving it. Documentation states that the trimmer should be used to get ~4.5V on Q2 collector – I suggest you tune it by ear 🙂 This one uses positive ground, so check your wiring or use a voltage inverter like this.
