Lovepedal
LOVEPEDAL: JTM45
A nice easy one – and I’m not sure if anyone has done more versions of an Electra Distortion than Lovepedal has. But hey if it’s working for them and people like it, who am I to judge? A JTM45 it is not. LOVEPEDAL JTM45 – VERO LAYOUT
Lovepedal Jubilee
Pretty close to Purple Plexi. Worth noting that the 47nF cap can be socketed for a much smaller value for less bass and tighter feel.
LOVEPEDAL: Englishman, Point to Point Layout

LOVEPEDAL: Fuzz Master
The Lovepedal Fuzz Master is a silicon Fuzz Face with a blend control on the input shifting between two capacitors to increase/decrease the frequency range at the input stage. It uses silicon PNP 2N3906 transistors with a standard power supply – so if the layout looks a little odd, that’s what’s happening. V+ goes to the … Read more
LOVEPEDAL: COT50, Point to Point Layout
A nice easy one – the Lovepedal Church of Tone 50 (COT50). Despite the hype, it’s just an Electra Distortion with some small mods (just the addition of the bias pot really). It will not magically make your amp sound like a 1960’s Marshall Plexi as some claim, but it’s worth a try if you are looking for a … Read more
Lovepedal Super 6
Here’s a simple MOSFET overdrive from Lovepedal. Should be a quick and easy build in a 1590B. The board is designed to fit vertically in the enclosure with this kind of pot soldered on alternating sides of the board (Intense and Volume on the component side, Tone on the solder side). Oh, and the electrolytic … Read more
