Schematic online has some very odd resistor values so I used closest common values in this layout. Unverified.

And a modified layout for more gain on tap for high gain fuzz sounds. 75k feedback resistor right to IC1 is changed to a 250k pot and 1000nF cap is connected straight into 8,2k resistor which is connected to the first hex inverter.
