As requested. It isn’t verified yet but certainly seems to match the schematic to me, so if anyone builds it then please let me know so I can log it as verified.
It will fit perfectly in a 1590B, but you could even shave a column off the left hand side if you don’t mind taking the link over the Gain 3 and Input wires.
