Slightly modified. Stock units had two 741 op amps but the layout is modified for a dual op amp. A 1458 will do the same job as two 741s.
Found this in an older folthe usuader that I forgot. Includes some necesarry modernazations like true bypass, onbard charge pump, input and output caps and pulldown resistors. Schematics is avaiable HERE.
